  • We refund all full priced items, excluding earrings. Sale items are never refunded.
  • Worn items are never taken back nor refunded.
  • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and shoe boxes. 
  • Once Peachy Savage has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.
  • Shipping costs are never refunded.

Peachy Savage reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as Peachy Savage cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify us at hello@peachysavage.com prior to making your return in order to organise alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to Peachy Savage not being notified are completely out of our control and Peachy Savage will not be held accountable.
